Effect

BLACKSMITH, D., Effect of the levels of inclusion and age on the nutricional value of the residue of mamona in cut chickens. Wide river? AL, UFAL, 2010. 23p. It was objectified to evaluate the effect of the age and inclusion levels on the nutricional value of the residue of mamona in chickens of cut in two phases: fase1 young chickens with age of 1 day and phase 2 young chickens with age of 10 days. 160 Cobb young chickens with one day of age (phase 1) and 120 Cobb young chickens had been used with ten days of age (phase 2), lodged in metallic batteries of metabolism, in an experimental delineation entirely casualizado, with four treatments and four repetitions of 8 birds in phase 1 and of 6 birds in the phase 2.Utilizadas four rations in the phase 1 and phase 2: TR (ration reference to the maize base and soy), T1 (ration has tested 1: with 20% of the residue of mamona), T2 (ration has tested 2: with 30% of the residue of mamona), T3 (ration has tested 3: with 40% of the residue of mamona). The level of inclusion of the residue of mamona influenced (P apparent metabolizvel energy (EMA), apparent corrected by nitrogen (EMAn) and in the values of the coefficient of metabolizabilidade of the rude energy (CMEB) of the residue of mamona, with quadratic effect, where the lesser value was gotten with 31,36%, 30.72% and 30.97% of inclusion of the residue, respectively, however the joined values that more they are come close to the reality are 4,190, 58 Kcal/Kg for EMA, 4,020, 60 kcal/kg for the EMAn and of 78,01% for the CMEB, gotten with level of inclusion of 30% of the residue of mamona in the ration. For energy metabolizvel apparent (EMA), apparent corrected for nitrogen (EMAn) and for coefficient of digestibilidade apparent of substance dry (CDAMS), whose bigger values had been gotten in the phase of 10 the 17 days that had presented values of 5.683, 99 kcal/kg for the EMA, of 5.506, 67kcal/kg for the EMAn and of 113,82% for the CDAMS. .
