It’s called ticket (billet Gallicism) to certain types of documents that have a value, so, for example, you can say “lottery ticket”, “railroad ticket” or the title to access a site. To those who have to do with transport tickets are also called in Latin America. They are also called for short notes, to those issued by a national bank, as money (bank notes or paper money). For the National Lottery in Spain, a ticket is each of the fractions in a range that is divided in a raffle. The lottery ticket is in turn divided into ten tenths. Formerly the word was used to denote a letter brief, usually a letter.
